Looks yummy! Um, I just realized I made a real insensitive comment to you at the 4th of July party. At the buffet table I think you said there was mostly meat and I said "isn't it nice?". :P I'm sooo sorry. At that moment I completely forgot you were vegetarian and was really trying to compliment everyone bringing lots to eat for the potluck (I was a little worried there wouldn't be too much when I viewed the evite). I wasn't thinking at all and I do respect your choice to avoid meat altogether.
