Nabemono
Nabemono, it means meals in a pot or one pot dish. Tonight's dinner was "Daikon, Atsu-Age (Fried tofu) and Spinach in a Miso Broth from Miyoko Nishimoto Schinner's Japanese cookbook, Japanese Cooking: Contemporary & Traditional. This nabemono was mmm...so yummy! Simple and flavorful! Another one of those recipes that I will make again and again and again. Hmm....although, I think I'll add some mushrooms next time umm..well...because I love mushrooms!

I looove mushrooms too! (sorry Naomi!) Wow, you've become quite a cook! I'll have to give your recipes a try once my 1st trimester sickness ends.
OK! Come over for dinner! I'll cook for the Gadad's. It can be as impromptu as you like, call me the day before or the morning of (if it's a weekend)!
